I'd like to apply for the room but I'm rather elderly and can't quite afford the rent. I've only got 600. Can I make up the rest by mopping and washing the floors. Oh yeah, I've also got a few ailments:
Pneumonia.
Consumption.
Leprosy.
Worms.
Gout.
Jaundice.
Typhus.
Distended scalp.
Gangrene.
Scurvy.
Dropsy.
Quinsy.
Distemper.
Plague.
Night sweats.
