It is compact for transportation and storage, easily assembled/dissassembled with hand tools on site, and can be configured (both interior space and exterior windows/doors) for many applications. I think we stayed at a place called Butterfly Haven. The rooms were all in shipping containers. I thought it was very cool. I still do, actually. Anyway, I found another house that made use of these containers.
